Everybody Leisure Staff Team - Submissions on Trust “Values”

Alsager Leisure Centre
The team has come up with what they consider to be a meaningful representation of their heartfelt values, which can accompany us on our journey into the Trust.

Relevant – to the culture and leisure needs of the community and staff
Engaging – seeking advice and opinion
Support – efficient communication, training and caring
Prosper – to be successful in all our endeavours
Everybody – to be all inclusive, diverse and representative of our local communities
Community – remember who we are and why we are here
Trust – to nurture and encourage creativity and individuality

This, they feel reflects their belief that the values practiced by the Trust between its members, staff and communities are mutually beneficial in approaching the challenges ahead.
