NJC Pay Award 2016-2018 Agreed

This circular alerts branches to the attached NJC Joint Secretaries’ circular, advising local authorities and other NJC employers that the 2016-2018 pay offer has now been accepted by UNISON and GMB. While rejected by Unite, in line with the NJC Constitution and Unite’s acceptance of the collective majority decision of UNISON and GMB, the award will now be implemented.
